Hooray! We have just secured a magnificent space at the wonderfully artistic Red Point Gallery complex starting 1st April. Check out what Red Point has to offer at: www.redpointart.org.au
To celebrate our opening of this space we would like to hold an exhibition for the first 2 weeks, to also coincide with Red Points next twilight fair (Saturday 9th April, 3-6pm). Both will be such a great avenue to meet people who wish to purchase unique hand-made items, from the artist!
There will be a small cost to exhibiting, but no commission on any sales. We haven’t finalised the details yet , but as a guide it will be based on size starting from around $10, up to about $25 for the two weeks. We will also need volunteers to man the exhibition (first two weeks of April; you can bring your work with you!). You will also be able to set up a space for the twilight fair (there may be a small cost of $10 – and depends on available space). To exhibit and/or to hire the space you need to be a Red Point Artist member ($10 for the remainder of the financial year; $25 per full financial year)

· your contact details
· exhibit item details (including approx. hanging space, floor space, cabinet space)
· preferred volunteering time (10am – 4pm Tues to Sat)
· Twilight fair stall interest – size of stall size
Would you like to hire the space for a period? We urgently need interested parties to let us know. Email us now!
· When are you interested? Book a spot now, starting 3rd week of April after the exhibition! First in best dressed. (Note you need to be a member of Red Point Artists too: $10 for the remainder of this financial year.)
· Like to share the space but don’t know anyone? Let us know, we may be able to find someone/others to share with.
· What facilities are there? Plenty of power points; a sink; fully carpeted; 26m of hanging track; large boxed plinth or display area (about 1m high)
· Would like a permanent display of your items? If it suits whoever is using the space, this could be set-up with a small weekly cost. Details need to be fleshed out somewhat!
· What time period can you hire for? This is new to us too, so for now we are open to suggestions: weekly, fortnightly, monthly; maybe share with a friend on different days of the week;
Please remember, ICAN is not looking to make profit, we are aiming to give our members opportunities to go an extra step further in whatever they are doing. Cost charged are going to be used to pay the next month’s rent. If there is no interest in using the space, and it sits empty, then we will not continue it. So please take this wonderful opportunity now!
